Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified dysphagia specialist, digital health consultant, clinical educator, entrepreneur, researcher, and mom.
Over the past 15 years, she has intentionally designed a portfolio career around her clinical expertise, passions, strengths, and evolving seasons of life. Her work includes over a decade of patient care, clinical education, healthtech entrepreneurship, and leadership — all grounded in advancing the profession that helped shaped her journey.
Today, she spends her time supporting SLPs as they explore career reinvention, partnering with healthcare organizations through advisory and consulting work, and offering expert guidance to individuals navigating complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive challenges.
