Here are some ways I can support you.

Let’s do this…

After 15 years of building a portfolio career at the intersection of clinical care, healthcare leadership, education, entrepreneurship, and digital health innovation, I am passionate about using my skills to empower clinicians and improve patient outcomes.

I work with SLPs who are ready to expand their careers beyond the traditional path, with organizations building healthtech solutions that need real clinical insight, and with individuals navigating complex health challenges who need a trusted expert. If you fit one of these descriptions, you're in the right place.

Here’s How We Can Work Togther

FOR CLINICIANS: SLP CAREER STRATEGY

You have the training. You have the experience. What you need is clarity on what comes next — and a structured way to get there. Through career strategy coaching and resources, I help speech-language pathologists explore what's possible beyond the traditional clinical path. Whether you're drawn to education, research, consulting, leadership, or entrepreneurship, we'll create a roadmap that fits your skills, your values, and your season of life — without starting over or risking everything you've built.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS: DIGITAL HEALTH CONSULTING

The best healthcare solutions are built with clinical insight at their foundation — not added in after the fact. I partner with healthcare startups and organizations to bring that insight to your product strategy, go-to-market planning, and program development. With 15+ years of frontline clinical experience and a track record in digital health innovation, I help your team build solutions that are not just technically sound, but genuinely useful — for the clinicians delivering care and the patients receiving it.

FOR PATIENTS & FAMILIES: VIRTUAL CARE CONSULTATIONS

Navigating a swallowing disorder, a cognitive-communication change, or a new neurological diagnosis can feel overwhelming — especially when you're not sure where to turn or who to trust. I offer virtual consultations for individuals and families who want direct access to expert SLP guidance. Whether you're looking for a second opinion, help understanding a diagnosis, or support making informed care decisions, I'm here to offer clarity and a clear path forward.

About me

Hey there,

My Name is Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai

I'm a speech-language pathologist, educator, and entrepreneur — and for the better part of 15 years, I have been building a career that looked nothing like the traditional SLP path. I believe there is so much more we can do with our clinical degrees and so many ways we can scale our impact. I've worked at the bedside, launched a global education platform, built a consulting practice, taught students and clinicians around the world, and raised a family along the way. I've also faced the kind of uncertainty you may be feeling right now — and found my own way through it. I am passionate about reimagining the future of speech-language pathology and empowering others to do the same.

Whether you're a clinician ready to explore what's next, an organization that needs a trusted clinical voice, or a patient who deserves real answers, I would love to be part of what comes next for you. Let’s talk.
